CNCA Nepali School re-opens from 12 Sept 2010. School will be held in the same venue and time,
Venue: 2433 – 26 Ave, SW, Richmond Knob Community Hall
Time: Sundays, 2:30 – 4:30 pm (refer calendar for dates)
Registration Fee: $20 (for CNCA Members) or $40 (Non-members)
School session: year 2010/11.
CNCA Nepali School is a community-based heritage language school. It was started in June 2007. Its objective to teach children to read, write and speak Nepalese language, and about Nepal and Nepalese culture. It is run by a team of CNCA member Volunteers.
CNCA Nepali School Calendar (attached) follows the regular school calendar, from June to September. School is closed during July and August.
New Students are required to fill out and submit the School Enrollment Form. (attached)
If you are interested to volunteer at this school, please contact via email to Calgarynepalese[at]gmail.ca, or come to the school. It is a great a way to give back to community !
