Provincial Park – Kananaski nearby the city provides hoards of facilities for public entertainment such as camping, skiing, backcountry hiking, biking, mud race and golf course. Rodeo competition at Stampede

         Famous wild-wild-west arena of RODEO competition is held each year here in the Calgary Stampede stadium next to Saddledome an iconic structure of the city. Competitors and spectators from whole North America clamour in this event for seven days in mid summer.

          The city has many interesting places to visit such as Calgary Zoo (Open Zoo), Aero Space, Calgary Fort, Heritage Park, Bowness Park, Calaway Park (Amusement Park)  just to name a few.

          The city is also a home of famous footballer and ice hockey clubs. like Calgary Flames and Calgary Stampeder (Gray cup Football Champion 2008) -   highly acclaimed and loved by the fans and supporters in Calgary.
